My name is Esleider and I am living in the community of Tierrabomba, in Colombia. Thanks to Amigos del Mar Foundation, I can go surfing after school. Amigos del Mar Foundation is a Colombian NGO that fosters development through sport, education and entrepreneurship in the community of Tierrabomba. 

Communication and Press Manager at Peace and Sport, I have 5+ years of experience in political affairs, conflict prevention and resolution, and communication. A great part of my work has been conducted in the context of conflict and transition settings.
