My initiative is to increase mobilization strategies geared to change attitude and mindsets in communities in regard to gender equality and equity ; this will include evidence-based strategies such as sharing success stories and testimonies on gender equity mostly among housholds that were formerly in conflcit so that they act as a clear expample to the rest of the community.
AKWOS (Organization of Women in Sports) is local Non-Governmental Organization that Felicite founded in 1998 with a mission to empower East-African Women through sports starting from Rwanda, in Education, gender equality, peace-building, conflict management and decision making.
Inclusion as much girls as possible to get into kickboxing trainings as the way of the empowerment young girls to start and stay in sport.
