The Regional Council of Physical Education, responsible to control the PE Practices in Rio de Janeiro, will stimulate all teachers to publish the message by Social Media. The Individual Flash Mob online, will promote the Smile, and to show the White Card for Peace sharing the message. The mobilisation will be conducted by Prof Dr Leonardo Mataruna - LONRIO PROJECT/Coventry University and Prof Dr Andre Fernandes - President of CREF-RJ/ES.
