Saint Peter's School

Saint Peter's School Celebration
Our students, after learning about the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, designed their own projects to raise awareness in our community of peace and development issues.

Fourth graders have made sport & peace balls, which will be hung in the shape of a peace sign in our school, and filled with white cards - one for every student in the school, who will write their sport & peace wishes for the world and place their wish in a ball of their choice.

Fourth graders also donated a One World Play Project ball, the super-durable ball able to be played with for years even on dirt and rubble.

Fifth grade are doing a poster project and every family at the school is being challenged to post ten of the posters up around our city. On the poster, there will be a link to our website and a QR code taking them to our website. On the website there will be a sport & peace video made by pre-school through third grade!
