Sports Coaching Foundation, Hyderabad, India an NGO existing from 30 years working for vulnerable children and youth to promote sports culture and peace under Gandhian Values. We are going to conduct Seminar on "Sport and Sustainable Development" on 6th of April 2020 at our Mini Sports Complex, Masab Tank, Hyderabad, India.
Sport has proven to be a cost-effective and flexible tool in promoting peace and development objectives. Since the inception of the MDGs in 2000, sport has played a vital role in enhancing each of the eight goals, a fact which has been recognized in numerous Resolutions of the General Assembly. In the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development sport’s role for social progress is further acknowledged.
In this Event involving intellectuals, social sector, heroes to speak and keep the MDGs targets for strong implementation of the subject.
Also involving media and different education institutions to get the awareness of the subject and keeping the targets to implement among different strata of India society.
