The event for the Day of Sport for Development in Buenos Aires will be guided by the concept and values of the Youth Olympic Games, which will be celebrated in the city in 2018. The idea is to blend sports and culture, and therefore, on April the 7th, a female football match will take place, and then we will have a talk on Peace and Sport with the players, girls from the less privileged neighbourhoods of the City. After the talk, a painting related to the theme will be designed with the group and then the painting will happen right there in a wall, done by street artists. The event promotes peace and development since this football school has the purpose of, through sports' values, making a better and more peaceful society, as the girls who attend there come, many times, from hostile situations. The event, though, is open to the public and we hope neighbours will attend.
