Slum Soccer has dedicatedly been working towards the development of the underprivileged. But when we decided to chalk out our program for peace day, we thought "PEACE" is something that anyone anywhere can do with! So we have planned a week long buildup to the Peace Day during which we will be doing community outreach programs in schools across Nagpur, India. In these programs through our games and modules we will teach children about conflict resolution and peace in the context of the diverse nation that we are. Also during these programs children will be given a blank drawing sheet on which they have to present their interpretation of "PEACE" For the finale on the 6th of April, day long events are planned where we will be displaying the artwork done by the children. Also on this day we will have a show match called the 'Harmony Cup' and dignitaries from the city will speak on the topic of peace.
