There will be a seminar and discussion sessions on peace and development through sport, in which national federations will take part.
Update: 30 sports federations recognized by the Ministry took part in the workshop. The workshop was opened by the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport - Shalva Gogoladze. At the workshop 2 presentations were shown, after the presentation there were discussions. The presenters were: 1. Anatoly Korepanov - the founder of the NGO "Sport for Development - Georgia"; Topic: United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and their relationship to sports. 2. Zurab Berikashvili - Senior Specialist of the Department of Mass Sports; Topic: International Sports Day, the campaign #WhiteCards, how to use the April.org platform and get a part of the global movement for development and peace.
